  • This dynamic class blends mindful movement with powerful breathwork to strengthen both body and mind. Expect a balance of strength-building yoga postures, cardiovascular endurance, and intentional breath practices designed to energize, focus, and restore.
    We’ll challenge the muscles, expand lung capacity, and tap into the calming power of the breath—leaving you feeling strong, centered, and fully alive. Perfect for all levels, with options to dial up or down based on your needs.

  • A slow, mindful practice to improve balance, increase mobility, and regulate the nervous system. Build strength, stability, and calm through gentle movement and conscious breathing.

  • Sink into stillness and give your body the reset it deserves. This class combines gentle restorative yoga postures with guided breathwork to soothe the mind, release tension, and bring balance back to the nervous system.   • Similar to our vinyasa flow class with the exception of slowing down a bit more. Holding postures a little longer. Challenging you to cultivate a deeper connection with your mind, body, and breath.

  • Step onto your mat and immerse yourself in the fluidity of movement with our Vinyasa flow class. Guided by the rhythm of your breath, this dynamic practice offers a harmonious blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

  • Similar to our vinyasa flow with the exception of this class being a little more intense. Aimed at building strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. More advanced postures with faster transitions. Don’t let this last sentence scare you as modifications will always be provided.
